The Ceremony began around six-twenty in the evening on Saturday, the twenty-fifth of October, in the year two thousand and three.
Old Pecan Street Cafe, located in downtown Austin, TX. A very quaint gourmet restaurant that's been in business for 19 years.

Guests started to arrive and were greeted by our parents.

There's good old Kat, the Guest Book Attendant...or shall I say the MISSING guest book, as that is the current status of said guest book.

This is the only proof I have that anyone actually signed the guest book...since I'll never SEE the darned thing again!

And the boys, Ken and Raffael, armed with programs, designed by yours truly and made by the Groom Chris Storm...yes...it's true!

Bagpiper Nick Classen started the ceremony off as a surprise to most of the guests.

The processional began with the entrance of the sisters of the groom, Shanan and Shelley Storm, escorted by Usher Raffael Rutigliano. Each girl carried a single orange "trop amazon" rose.

They were followed by the parents of the Groom, Keith and Shirley Storm. The families walked into the same song that is played for England's' Queen Elizabeth when she enters a room for formal gatherings.

The Mother of the Bride, Karen Bast, was escorted by Usher Ken Gaddis. Ken is the husband to bride's maid Misty Johnson.

The Father of the Bride, Thomas Perez, had two parts to play in this production, first he escorted his wife Aurora Cadar down the aisle, then he had to scoop around to get me.

The Groomsmen entered next, one by one. The first to walk in was James Forrester. The Groomsmen wore platinum colored vests and straight ties.

Followed closely by Cody Bowles.

The Best Man, Kevin Jacobs.

The owner of Old Pecan Street, and the caterer, and the baker and the man who married us, Bob Woody.

And last but not least, the Groom himself, Chris Storm.

Joyful Joyful was being played on the bagpipes as the Bride's Maids made their way in. Each Bride's Maid wore a different "autumn" shade...Misty Johnson sported a 'cinnamon' gown, accented with orange trop amazon roses bound with a cinnamon tinted sash.

She was followed by Elizabeth Farcus in "apple" red.

And the dress that almost didn't make it....the dress that received more applause than our wedding kiss, the nationally-traveled dress that arrived 24 hours before the ceremony, it's "mocha" and it's worn by the Matron of Honor, Marlene Conlisk. She carried a slightly larger bouquet comprised of trop amazon and charlotte roses.

That dress is so amazing, it deserves two pictures!
